This policy explains what personal data Canet Solutions LLC collects through this website and our application, vendor and idea forms, why we collect it, how the mutual NDA is signed, and the rights you have.

4. Why we use it

To evaluate your application and, if successful, to enter into a B2B services agreement with you.
To assess vendors, carry out due diligence and manage procurement.
To review product ideas and reply to you.
To prepare, send, sign and keep the mutual NDA that protects confidential information exchanged with you.
To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, systems and confidential information.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in recruiting, procurement and protecting confidential information, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

5. NDA signing with Google eSignature

Before we share or receive confidential information, both sides sign our mutual NDA. When you submit an application, vendor registration or idea and ask for the NDA:

we create a copy of the NDA in Google Docs with your name and the date;
we send a signature request from our Google Workspace account to the email address you provided;
you review and sign it in your browser; Google records an audit trail of the signing;
the signed PDF is stored in our Google Drive with access limited to the people handling your application, registration or idea.

Google acts as our service provider for this process under the Google Workspace terms. Submitting an idea or application does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation; confidentiality applies once the NDA is signed by both parties.
